This set of tea is very pretty and smells great when you open the box. I purchased early as a Christmas gift. I was surprised that the tea box itself was not wrapped in plastic and arrived in a regular amazon box with another item. The items were warm from the sun and there's no way to tell if any moisture in the humid NY Sumer or the heat they may have been exposed to compromised the tea since it is for a gift I hope not. I am a little surprised with at the high price even on sale, that this item wasn't shipped with better care. Perishable or fragile food items should have a better method for shipping and quality assurance from Amazon.

Great tasting tea! A great way to warm oneself up on a cool or cold morning before going to work. The tea has a very good aftertaste once you finish a cup. The fusion of the tea leaves blends well with many different types of pastries and sweets; dark chocolate especially! A nice change from the standard teas available at your local grocery store. The construction of the tea bag leads to an enjoyable discussion on how the design was chosen and the reason. We ordered two boxes and we have picked a certain time each day to enjoy the unique flavor and taste of this tea! We will be ordering more.
