Cool kit, to bad it doesn’t come with nuts and bolts to attach the pack to the rack. Order arrived at my house today, 4/13/21, was all excited to put it together and get my new chopped tour pack on my 19 streetglide before i go ride before the rain comes but now i have to run to home depot to go get the rest of what i need to put it together. Thankfully it’s just the mounting bolts and not every single bolt. Do yourself a favor, hit home depot before your order arrives and get 4) 1/4x20 by 1” hex bolts, 4) 1/4 washers and 4) 1/4x20 nuts according to the directions ... show more

My original shipment was lost in the mail, but the seller immediately sent out another without hesitation and I received the correct order in a timely manner after. This tour pak is 99.99% equivalent to Harley’s product without the outrageous price tag. You would easily spend a couple grand for the entire assembly whereas this seller gives you the mounting bracket, liner, and backrest included. **Docking kit must be purchase separately** The mounting hardware was NOT included but the instructions provided specifically mention what size hardware is required. Four 1/4-20 x 1” bolts with washers and nylon lock nuts did the job just fine. I’ve put a 1000 miles on it so far at least and haven’t had the slightest wiggle. ... show more

great product for money and looks great to. i just came back from a road trip and on the first day of the trip the latch that holds the lid closed fell off while i was riding i had to us a bungee cord to keep the lid closed . i would like to have a new latch sent to me from the seller . thank you they have agreed to send me a new latch we shall see will update . I really like this product for the money, it fit good and was very easy to assemble. Had a couple of down falls which one I dont know if was from shipping or from the product itself. The paint was already chipped in two places. Second thing is that the strap to hold the lid up broke within a few minutes of using it. Ok this fit good looks good easy install but it looks like it was used has scratches on it maybe a return or something but shipping was a joke i paid $50.00 dollars extra for shipping 1-3 days it took 3 weeks but I’ll keep it and try to buff out the scratches

Let me start by saying thank you to the seller when I purchased this item they were out of stock on the bracket but they sent me everything else and a stating contact with me letting me know the status of the bracket arrival Installation was super easy it only took me 30 minutes to do easiest way to do it is turn to pack upside down put your bracket above it center it and Mark your holes very very easy the product is very nicely made the paint is perfect has a little bit of flaws but hey it's all good it's going to make the bike look good ... show more
