Feedback must have made it to the manufacturer. They showed up beautiful with no scratches. First thing I did was try the key & locks (based on complaints), and they worked no problem. Next I went to tighten the hardware since some folks indicated their hinges fell off. The bolts were already tightened so just hit them with lock tight. I’d say 90% Harley hardware quality, 100% in appearance and 30% the HD cost. Unless something e Happens down the road, I’d order them again. ... show more

The bag itself is great quality. The locks are not the best. I had issues getting them to lock with supplied keys. That was the only issue I have. I recommend getting locks from Harley to match the ignition lock. Other than that they are great bags for the money!

The media could not be loaded. Mounted these to my 2009 Road King Classic. Required no extra parts to install, just loosening the front mounting bracket slightly to install, then re-tighten. Fit great and look great. The key doesn’t insert into the lock mechanism smoothly, but it does work fine once you get it. I don’t see any significant difference in quality from the OEM bags. Save your cash for other goodies by getting these! ... show more

Are you kidding me! If you’ve got a 2003 Electra glide and want a hard bag that will update you bikes look by 20 plus years and the paint looks like glass as good or better than original paint then “do it” now Awesome bags, took 10 minutes to remove old bags and install these on.
