I ordered these golf balls for a military retiree fuction. They came super quick, and the printing on the ball was 100% correct. However, the print was very small, because I maxed out the characters per line. I contacted TaylorMade and they said they would replace the balls for no charge. Now that is customer service. If I wanted new balls, all I needed to do was to reduce the number of characters, in order to make the print larger. If you order these, you won't be disappointed.
