It came very well packaged and protected from shipping damage. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was relatively quick. It is just what I wanted, especially the 36" width and 18" depth. I may decide to buy another one if I need additional closed storage.

The cabinets were heavy, nice, easy instructions. The shipping not so great. Shipped by FedEx. Every one of the 5 boxes were torn up and cabinets were dented. The company had packed to cabinets with metal corners and hard pressed wood to protect them. FexEx was delivered by a tiny girl with no dolly who could barely move them. A patron from the Library was asked to move them with the Dolly I provided. This was unacceptable!

I needed pantry storage for a very small kitchen. This cabinet in black with the silver accents couldn't have matched the kitchen/dining area any better! It is quite sturdy and has good loading capacity per shelf. It appears to be one of few selections that has magnetic door catches and doesn't require operating a handle to open and close the doors. All and all, I deem this one of the most gratifying purchases I've made in quite a long time. Other review are definitely spot on about the difficult placement of several of the screws when working inside the cabinet.

I purchased this for an employee who needed to lock up some of the "stuff" in his office. The product came in a box that totally protected the metal from being dented or scratched. It was easy to unpack, easy to assemble, and it looks terrific in his office. This is a great product. It is sturdy and nice looking. It is perfect for our needs and I would purchase this again when I need a locking cabinet.

Cabinet arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. It was easy to assemble. It did not have adjustable feet as pictured with description of product. I contacted [email protected]. Their customer support is located in China. They responded within one day and were very helpful. They informed me they were sending the adjustable feet with necessary hardware for installation. They emailed me a picture of the shipping label for confirmation. Since it was being shipped from China, it took approximately three weeks to receive it. The feet arrived with all necessary parts for installation. I am very pleased with their customer support and my new cabinet.
