Poorly made and the notes are out of chart. Sent back immediately to get my money back. Stay away from this product, don’t waste you time to deal with it.

    • Missing user's manual
As a saxphone for beginners, it's bad not to include a user's manual for this slightly complex instrument nor provide guidelines for its users to determine if it's functional and working properly but it's playable by a sax beginner thus i'll forgive the missing manual. However, its octave key does not always work and its palm keys often get in the way (- especially for players of smaller palms) and disable the other keys's functions and the saxphone lacks mechanism to auto reset them for playability. But i repaired the octave key hence added one star to its review. i just need to get used to its palm keys. ... show more

Pretty standard package for these Chinese horns. The weird gloves, the smelly fuzzy insert, the cheap outer case. For the money, you're just hoping it'll work. This one didn't. The G# key wouldn't actuate, as well as the cork falling off one of the necks.
