I Have never been more impressed with customer service received after placing a negative review Then with this company! The original human hair tape in extensions that I received I was extremely unhappy the quality of the hair was just not what I was anticipating at all! However what I was thoroughly impressed with was the company's dedication and ensuring my satisfaction! They independently reached out on their own directly, a customer service agent requesting the opportunity to correct my opinion on their product. Not only did they express their remorse for my unsatisfying experience they offered to send me a a brand new replacement pack of hair at no cost to myself in any color of my choosing. I received the product yesterday installed the new hair last night and so far today I am thoroughly impressed with not only the quality of the hair the color is perfect the hair bond with the tapes this company uses is outstanding and my favorite part of this entire process is the care they took to not only make sure I was satisfied but also the little gift that they took the time to include in every product did they send to their customers a very nice hair clip a very nice rat tail comb and a very nice little hair tie / bracelet just as a thank you for purchasing there product. I wanted to thank this company for diligently working on making sure that I was a satisfied customer and that I knew that my opinion matter to them! I tell you what the world would be a better place if more people cared half as much as this company did about a person on the other side of the world that ordered a product of theirs and wasn't satisfied. They have earned my continued business and respect as well as my gratitude for making me feel important enough to take the time to correct an issue I had with their product! They are rough and dried out the ends of them felt like a cheap wig only had them in for 9 days and the glue strips dried out and cracked causing them to curl up on my scalp....I've never been so disappointed in a purchase as this one my hair is beyond damaged
