This company do to my own error for not reading the product information only ordered one pack of hair which wouldn't have been enough for me so I would have had to order another pack. I ordered brown with caramel highlights. What I got isn't quite as shown but I made it work. Soon as I opened them they was thick and beautiful. The first time I put them on 2 clips didn't work, they wouldn't open or close. They send 1 extra so off to the beauty store I went to buy more. Took me awhile to sew them in. With the money I paid I shouldn't have to replace clips on first wear. I was unhappy about that. I haven't yet washed them. If they frizz out I will come back and let you know. So far their ok, I have had better but I most certainly had worse! It's good quality hair so far!
