This is exactly what it says it is. My husband really likes this rolling tool box. It takes the place of three older toolboxes. It's the right height for him (over 6'). It took us about 30 minutes to assemble and we had to unattach the wheels and re-attach them. The items packaging was fantastic. A box within a box with polystyrene padding in in between. This was good since the outside box was already damage in multiple spots, completely broken thru to the inner box . There were issues that most would not tolerate. The bottom drawer was either not fully installed at the factory or when the box got damaged it actually knocked items loose without visually damaging anything. If it shipped this way the quality control is lacking. There are two small plastic inserts per side for each draw that hold three ball bearings. These are the secondary slides for each draw keeping it centered in the slides vertically that allow for full extension. When I had fully assembled mine I noticed this when testing all drawers. When opening the bottom one it wasn't sliding open evenly, the left side was rather loose and could actually be fully removed without using the plastic release latch. Upon further investigation I found the small plastic insert holding the three bearings inside loose at the bottom. Based on what I saw with the 6 other working drawers I would guess that the slides are assembled at the factory with all parts installed, and then small metal tabs bent up in the front and back end of the slide to restrict the slides parts and hold them securely. These appear to then be riveted the inner wall. The rivets on the left were not as tight as one would like as such I am thinking these may have helped the plastic piece fall out. With a small screw driver and smaller pliers I was able to bend these slightly and install the upper plastic slide and with barley enough room remaining to force bottom one in while holding things together. I then bent the tabs back and installed the bottom drawer. It does now work correctly. In terms of the cart overall I was considering this one and another from the "Buy a tool for the job and then throw it out " store that everyone knows. Not the big orange box store, or the Blue box store, the other one. I've never had a single item from them that worked any longer than needed and this was going to replace a smaller cart from them that didn't have enough room. In truth if I had the decision to make again and the initial growing pains with the cart I received which I am assuming are a rarity hadn't occurred I would probably choose the other companies chest. It has 8 drawers instead of 7 and the biggest difference is their drawers are much deeper. Instead of a usable drawer dimensions of 10.875" that this has theirs are 22". Not only that they are cheaper by about $20.00. They both appear to be using the same thickness of steel and the now typical powder coating. Since this is smaller in overall size it may be a better option for some if you have limited spaced and don't need the extra depth. I will use mine but will probably need to buy a larger item sooner than I have planned. ... show more
