    • Mostly works, helps to take multiple measurements
-1 star: Originally tried it on carpet, gave wildly inaccurate weights. But it works fine on hardwood/tiled floors. -1 star: Besides weight, the other measurements can vary a lot. E.g. today, I measured myself three times. The weight values were within 0.2 lbs of each (excellent), but the body fat percentage ranged from 17-19 percent (not very good). I'm not sure if it's the way I'm grabbing the handle but I recommend measuring yourself multiple times to get a more accurate picture. If it gives back the same numbers each time then that's probably accurate (or at least the precision is good). ... show more

    • Not satisfied with the scale
It is very light and not sturdy. You feel it will break. The SD card does not include the install file so I am not able to import the data to the computer software. You have 40 sec to read all the data and copy them manually to the software. I regret I bought this model.

    • difficult to setup, but gives accurate results once setup is complete
No manual included in the package, but there is one on the SD card. Simple call to support provided step-by-step instructions for setting up. When asked if you want to clear the settings during the initial setup keep scrolling and choose YES. The manual and software should be included for the price.

    • Don't plan on using the SD card to download the data!!!
I like the data. I just wish the data didn't have to be transcribed, then input into an Excel spreadsheet. I have a Windows based operating system. I have ask the company for help. They have not been forthcoming with how to have the data which is in a comma delimited format to come across in a usable form... It is utter gibberish. If they could give me the formulas to translate the data or format the data this way this would be extremely helpful. I have requested information several times and when I do get a response Nick doesn't answer the question. I will just say Buyer beware. I have heard it does work with Apple systems. ... show more

Scale seems to be fairly accurate with measurements. However, I could not download the software so I can transfer info to my computer using the SD card. The website offers no help or troubleshooting either.

    • Finally, something that measures me reasonably accurately
I tried the Omron hand-held and discovered their algorithm was just made up based on weight, not electrical impedence, so it gave wrong numbers. I tried the Garmin Smart Index Scale and for some reason the percent of body fat determined is always 2x what it really is. I can tell this one actually works. ... show more
