It appears that the product arrived without any instructions for use, and my daughter-in-law tried to set it up but it wouldn't stand upright. I took a crack at it and fared only a bit better. She looked online and discovered that one is supposed to put weights in the zipper compartment on the bottom, so we added half a dozen thawed freezer packs, which helped, but it still wouldn't stay upright. It's still outside bent over on the lawn. We will probably try again next year, because it was a bit pricey for something that works so poorly, but I might be in the market for another by then.
