I came across these while searching for elbow support for aging joints that need help with overuse and resulting bursitis/inflammation. These actually work for me with some modification -- removing the dense foam protective pads sewn into an interior pocket. A simple slice across the top of the pocket and the pad comes out. Very soft and supportive for the elbow! NOTE -- these come in one size and you need small upper arms to get support rather than uncomfortable constriction. My upper arm measures 10 inches. If you have more diameter than that, you will not be happy with these pads. ... show more
