No complaints
It does what it’s suppose to do. Gave 4 stars because of the horrible chemical smell. I had to let it air out for a few days.

Not that great
poor quality of materials (thin elastic bands and cheap hooks) does not adjust enough to make it tight no directions looks like it was already used (the package was just a ziplock bag) two stars was a generous review

Good trainer!
This item has worked well for my daughter in her Volleyball training. Everything was packaged well and arrived on time with no issues. We would order this again and recommend it to anyone for Volleyball training.
