Description

These spray paints were developed especially for decorating transparent polycarbonate bodies used in R/C car modeling. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is the appropriate amount for finishing the model. Paint the body from the inside, keeping the can about 30cm from the surface. After curing apply another coat as necessary. These paints are impervious to oil and fuels, so they can be safely used on gas-powered R/C bodies. Note: Never use these paints on plastic models.

Decided to try something a little different for me. Nice paint with excellent adhesion. The fumes are extremely potent which tells me it's good paint :) Anyway follow instructions and use in well ventilation. See pics for color results.

I have used some of there other colors in the past. This particular can did not last the entire paint job for 1/10 scale body. For reference I'm was painting a XTS-F10 body. The coating was almost fairly light in terms of transparency. I could see the outline on my hand.

Great color. It actually came out slightly transparent and i didnt want that so I hit it with a black backing and it actually turned out to be a pretty cool color

This paint is UV light reactive! This was a huge, unexpected bonus for an electronics project I'm working on. I bought some UV LEDs to make the polycarbonate case glow when I turn on the circuitry. I have not seen this property of the paint advertised anywhere. Having never gotten into RC cars or the like, it was definitely a surprise to me and one that worked out so well that I've been showing it off to everyone. I'm quite pleased! ... show more

Good vibrant color, however, if it is going to be a base color and you are going to mask over what you have painted, be careful, it doesn't stick to the undercoating very well and you can pick up some of this paint when you take the masking tape off.
