I was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. Super soft on both sides! No need to worry about buying a duvet for it. I have a old comforter I refuse to get rid of, just as comfy as a duvet. However, I do tire of the same design and like to update my decor periodically. I just tie the corners to help assist in getting it adjusted inside, zip, shake to make sure it's all straight and done. It doesn't shift inside and not a single soul can tell its a comforter inside instead of a duvet, which is basically the same thing except duvets are plain. So if you're looking for an affordable, comfortable, updated look for your comforter, you can't go wrong with this. I'd purchase more if they had the other colors to match my decor. ... show more

Tried to add photo but couldnt. Loved this item but after throwing the crases in the dryer and then washing the cover they are no longer soft but kind of crunchy. Pillow cases are now hard in some spots. It's strange. Instructions say they can be washed and dryed. I am bummed out. Love how soft they were. Waste of my money. ... show more

Pillows cases zipper is trash first time I used it it got stuck and dones not zip all the way up now. The queen velvet duvet cover only has two tie downs on the in side it needs 4 hello 😒.

These duvets are gorgeous. They’re sturdy and hearty, look and feel amazing. However, they’re very heavy for what they are, don’t think you can put this onto a heavy comforter and think it’ll work. The comforter will pull, separate, slide and fall to the side closet to the floor. I get cold because of thyroid issues, like thoroughly frozen to my bone and can’t warm up regularly. So night sweats are rare if ever, usually only when I’m very sick. I’ve nixed the heavy insert as I could barely move under the two together, and would wake up soaking wet and feeling trapped underneath. So I swapped it out for a thin lightweight insert and thought all my problems were solved. Wrong again! I still wake every single day soaked in sweat. I sleep with 100% cotton sheets, which I know aren’t contributing to this because cotton breathes. So sadly I cannot endorse these duvets, even though I bought one for everyone in my home and a friend of mine before sleeping with one because they’re gorgeous. There’s no way I could survive a night with one of these in the summer. Three stars for prompt shipping, no defects, good construction. Docked two for material ... show more
