I love the figure. The only problems were that the product box I received was already opened and the eye effect parts were broken. The shipping box had no cushioning in it (no plastic air cushions) which might account for the broken parts. Otherwise, it is a great product.

Amazon delivery box was sealed and not damaged but the product package was not sealed with usual bandai taping Blade antenna of the gundam was missing & back parts was dislocated from figure. my rotten luck..
