The quality is amazing. I bought this cord for the hospital bag for when I gave birth and have been using it since. The cord is thicker than Apple, so it doesn’t shred near the piece that plugs into your phone like Apple. I think it’s simply because this cord is slightly thicker, and doesn’t have the same ability to bend at the plug. The cord stays inserted no problem and I’ve never had any technical issues. I gave birth 3 months ago and liked the cord so much that I just went out of my way to look up the purchase in order to write the review. I had this for less than a year — under low-stress conditions — and it was about to break off at the end. I love the length and the price, so I bought another one. Just know it isn’t built to last.

I contacted the company, and they replied to me almost instantaneously. They sent me a replacement charger free of charge and I had the new charger within a few days.
