I've never worn any kind of "shapewear" so wasn't sure what to expect. But I'm a bit overweight (waist and chest diameter are about the same) and (apparently) a bit vain, so I tried this shirt. This is basically a very tight undershirt that you pull on over your head. I ordered one using the sizing chart, and while it fit tightly as expected, it was not tight enough to make much difference in my waist measurement. So then I got another one using my regular shirt size, which is one size smaller than the sizing chart, and that reduced my waist a bit more. The fabric breathes well and is comfortable.

As a review of this product, I really like it. It feels great and is easy to put on (which is a huge plus, I've used other products that are horrible to get on and all the stretching and pulling rips or ruins the fabric). Its breathable enough to wear while exercising and its practically invisible under my clothing (again a huge plus as some have zippers and clips and end up bunching up or showing the zipper or clip lines under clothes which doesn't look great and makes people question what you're wearing under your clothing). The only draw back from this is that it does ride up while I'm working out or doing daily activities. I find myself pulling it down way more than I like. This is a common issue I have with these types of products. I bought another body shaper from a different company and have the same issue. So I wonder if its just that I have a super long torso and need a shirt shaper in a tall size which I don't think you make. Or I am wearing it wrong/need another piece at the bottom half to keep the shaper from riding up. Like shaper shorts or something. Perhaps you have a suggestion for that? Otherwise its a great product and I love it. I wanted to also add that I'm very impressed by the back support feature that this shaper has. I wish I was a little more robust and offered a little more support but it is a great feature and really set this one apart from others I've tried. But otherwise its still an amazing product! I look forward to trying this free product offered from the purchase and seeing how it is as well. I would definitely consider buying another or other items from this company. And I like the free gift offer thats a great bonus!

Even being a size too large ( I went by their guide and it does fit and slim and holds in my ugly hernia and most people might be okay with just a nice, general compression. I wanted to be COMPRESSED lol so I wish I would have bought one size smaller. The item itself is well made and is cut so it doesn’t pinch or pull under your arms. Although I bought the black one I think next time I’ll get a white one as it would pass more easily as an under shirt than a compression shirt. The nature of the fabric itself doesn’t breath so it can be hot but not horribly and the only other thing is if you’re wanting to be discreet about it hugging is out as you can def feel the “girdle” underneath your shirt.

so over the last 5 years or so ive been buying Compression shirts, vest, corsets, you name it all from amazon ive bought neopreme ones, zupper ones , the ones with clamp hooks . Basically most of the different types and stiles amazon sells ive tried and they all work fine getting the right size is also an issue since you cant always depend on the store size chart . that being said im 5'11 maybe over 300Lb the last time i weighed myself i was 270 but its been a min and that was before covid so im sure im over 300lb i wear XXL t shirts can fit an XL but u can tel i have some man boobs with an XL if i wear a L yeah its tight and u can see them rolls all the other brands ive tried do flaten my man boobs and my belly but u can still tell i have man boobs and if i wear a L t shirt it doesnt really make a difference if i have a Compression shirt or not these though i first bought an XXL because i have previous Compression shirt from a different brand like the best kind thaty zip up in thje front and that was a 3XL and was starting to be a bit loose so i figured a XXL would work since i needed a tighter fit and it worked it flatend me alot more than the 3XL i had from the different brand but i felt i could go tightener ********so i bought another one in XL and damm it was a bit of a tight fit because it was still new and even felt like i ripped it wile putting it on but when i put it on ... night and day difference like i literally looked flat like these are the only Compression shirts i bought in the spam of 5 years that actually made me look flat and after checking it it wasnt ripped at all it fits comfortable best fitting one aswell its not tight its not loose it honestly feels like im not even wearing anything i can move freely dont feel any pressure like u do with other brands and i put on a L t shirt over it and it looks like i had that wide shoulder v cut look to the point were im getting 3 more so forget the other ones and just buy these and get ur regular size if ur worried about it being tight maybe go up one size but lo key if i fit into it getting my true size then im sure anyone will just be carefull when putting it on the first time would be my suggestion toi allow the fabric to slowly stretch

I have a few different style compression shirts. This is but far the best one. If you are looking for a tight fit that pulls everything together, go with this one. It is a little hard to get on and off but that is the nature of a true compression fit shirt.
