I tried the instructions on their website “300 for 30” seconds, this unfortunately did not work for me. after some research on youtube, I found 250 for 15-20 to be best. It only worked for me if I preheated the koozie for 15 seconds before adding the HTV on for an additional 20ish seconds. recommend putting cardboard inside to keep it flat while pressing. 4 star review because i received a stained one
