This is honestly one of the finest coats I've ever owned, if not The finest. I've waited a little while to give an accurate review; this coat has experienced the sporadic fluctuation of North Texas weathrr conditions from November '23 to present in January '24 ranging from temperatures of 60°F to -18°F with windchill, mostly with just a short sleeve work t-shirt underneath. If you're moving around working, walking quickly etc. It's gonna be too warm for 55°+ it Really shines at 45° and thrives even lower. Your core and arms Will remain warm, no matter what. The hood is also fantastic. This coat is labeled as an outdoor coat and it holds true. Will not let you down, and is also moisture resistant as well in case you get stuck in the rain for a minute. Also, the zipper handle is made of sturdy metal. It IS opposite of typical positioning in terms of men's jackets with zippers but it zips just as well and doesn't take away from the jacket in any way. Everyone from the avid outdoorsman to the casual outside walking into work man would highly benefit from such a coat. ... show more

The jacket is warm and looks great on. Though, it does run a size big - I bought an XL as I normally would but had to return it and buy a L instead. So glad the return went smoothly. I would buy this jacket again.

I love this coat. It's warm, thick, fits beautifully, and it's got so much pocket space. This is easily one of the best things I've ever bought online. When I first got the jacket, it was covered in ugly weird patches, which were easily removed and didn't leave any marks behind. Lately though, after a couple months of using it, I've noticed some loose strings around the seams, indicating that the materials used to make this product aren't the best quality. The zipper sometimes doesn't stay zipped, or won't zip up correctly, which isn't a human error as it'll start to zip correctly but then the teeth won't continue to interlock, and it just stops zipping up about half way. But that's only happened maybe twice out of hundreds of zips so it's forgiveable. Despite the small problems I've had, this is easily my second favorite jacket I've ever owned! I love the material this coat is made of. It’s thick and warm. The inside liner is soft and very comfortable even when wearing only a t-shirt. I chose the green, since it’s my favorite color, and I wasn’t surprised that it was exactly what I ordered. The multiple pockets are and added bonus, since I do work outside a lot in the winter. I love this coat. While not advertised as an M65 Field Jacket replica, it certainly fits the bill. First off, the cotton shell is closer to canvas than it is to some nylon shell. The stitching is to notch, the zipper is heavy metal and not nylon. I'm 5' 9" and 230lbs, but most of that is belly. I got the XL and, while I'd like a little bit more room in the armpit area, it's ok. In damp drizzle, it kept me dry though it's not much of a wind block in a strong breeze. It's not a winter coat, but is awesome down to 38 or 40 degrees fahrenheit. All in all, I recommend it. In fact, I love it so much, I bought a second one. ... show more

It is a good looking jacket! A nice, deep green. The tassels fell off within a few months, and the right pocket's thread has slowly been unravelling. I've had to sew it back together. The good fits well, but if you try to button it you may end up choking. It's very tight. I say this knowing a wear a womens medium and a mens small. It's Tight on the neck. A good looking jacket that could use some reinforcement when it's being put together. I've only ever worn it on morning walks. No running, labor, or anything mildly straining on the material. The lack of quality in this particular area is.... disappointing. I've had the jacket for only 5 months. ... show more
