Very nice scent and very nice feel post shave, very nice aftershave splash from Taconic that lingers just faintly for an hour or so and leaves the face feeling great after a shave with a safety razor. The shave soaps are all top notch soaps as well. I have the Bay Rum and Lime soaps, both very nice slick soaps that last forever.

Smells like heavy cinnamon essential oils mixed with citronella. Completely disappointing. Probably keeps mosquitoes away tho was really hoping for something more clean like that just left the barber smell. This isn’t it.

Smells like a very clean auto tire shop where pine scented cleaner was used on the concrete floor. I find the scent pleasant, but not like cologne fragrance. The post shave sting and cool are VERY subtle with this aftershave.

I'm a bay rum fan and my favorite Bay Rum (Dominica from CA trading) seems to be discontinued, so I've been trying some new things. This product seems to have no objectionable ingredients and it feels OK on the skin. My wife and I both like the scent but is a bit too strong smelling for my tastes. (I'm of the opinion that no one should be able to smell you unless they are whispering in your ear). FWIW, I also tried Grand Bay bay rum from Dominica and it is OK , but has next to no scent and is not as good feeling as the Dominica brand. I mixed some of it with this and its a nice mix!
