These grabbers are worth every penny! When you grab them appropriately, they rise enough above your hand that they also support your entire arm which gives me more strength and the ability to grab more debris than I thought. The grabber end is very large. Another great feature is that when you want to put them away, they actually spoon together (one inside the other) and have openings at the top so they can be hung in that spooned position! Great help in the yard!

Sturdy and comfortable, these are fantastic for picking up spiny, thorny weeds that pierce through leather gloves. I did a lot of weeding recently, and they picked up piles of weeds with ease, but the real breakthrough was finally having something to pick up the super thorny weeds. One was so large, more than 2 feet across, that I had to use a transplanter shovel to unearth the roots. These scoops were large enough to pick up the monster. These will also be great to get large scoopfuls of compost, mulch, even pruned branches. Use them to smooth out soil before planting. And oh yes, picking up leaves. I'm sure I'll find many more uses for them. They nest together with hang holes for the neatniks.

I have old wrist injuries and thought this would be more comfortable than the rake. Initially it worked great, but the part of the handle that sits on the lower arm was putting more pressure on the nerves and muscle than I was able to tolerate, so I used one in the good hand and the rake in the other to pick up the leaves. If I didn't have the wrist issue it would have been fine.

I read some negative reviews about these, but they are durable and do the job well. If you are a petite person, these might be a little harder to use. They scoop up a huge pile in one grab.

Years ago I bought a pair from a discount house. I paid $10. I used them for years but noticed that there was a design difference. They were weaker at the grips. By circumstance I am working with high school seniors who are earning money for s trip. I am gentler with them and they are not. I ordered your product and am happy to see that the design has been strengthen at the critical point. These students love using them because they make quick work of cleaning up leaves. I think that this factor will encourage the organization to buy move.
