The heart pendant is very pretty, it appears to be well made and is a good size. Not too small but not big. The birthstone is held in place very well and is the exact color it should be, all the stones are set in well and the engraving is a nice touch. The chain on the other hand is very dainty, I’m not confident it will last long without breaking.

This is a nice looking necklace. I am not sure what the metal or the gem are made from, but they are close enough to real looking for my daughter's needs. She really liked the necklace. And since it was not super expensive, I won't mind when/if she breaks or loses it.

Didn't think I would like to wear this much due to the yellow gem of the Citrine. But trying it on with a plain white shirt as well as a solid black top changed my mind. I like it a lot! The yellow gem really pops, especially when I'm wearing all black (see pic). It really highlights the yellow Citrine amidst the 925 sterling silver's overlapping frames of the heart. It added an elegance to my plain all-black outfit. Even when I wear jeans with a plain black shirt, I look more elegant with this Citrine necklace. I like being surprised like this. Exceptionally recommended.
