UPDATE: I’m removing a star because upon folding just a few weeks after owning, the little stretchy cord to keep it folded snapped off of one end. I was able to tie it to itself to make it still useable but if the other end snaps off the shade, I’ll be forced to keep up with it or not be able to fold it together and keep it that way during driving or not in use. It’s a large shade. It’s not feasible to keep floating around my car without being folded. Love this window shade. It fits my 2020 Edge perfectly and I don’t even have to put my visors down to help hold. All of my windshield is blocked. It folds into a little pouch that I hung on the back of my seat so it’s out of the way. I’m known for trashing my window shades because there’s nowhere to put them so this pouch is awesome. I’m a little stressed on the folding but that’s not on them. That’s on me. Not sure about heat retention just yet but I’m sure absolutely no sun is going to do what it needs. BUY IT! You won’t be sorry.

Size: Window Shades for Toyota 4Runner 10-24
This product works well. It is simple but it does the job. The panels are custom fit so for the most part you just need to figure out which panel goes to the right window and pop it in. Most windows fit just right and stay in. I got mine on a windy day and I had a little trouble at first but once you get them situated they stay in. For the front row windows the fit is not quite secure on it’s own, but that is where the clips come into play. The clips have a flat portion and then a hook. Put the hook around the wire of the panel and then put the flat side against the glass. I used the clips around any panel that seemed loose. After using two clips on each front row window I had extra clips so I put the rest on the 2nd row windows to make them more secure. The front windshield panel is very accommodating if you have a gps suction mount under the rear view mirror you can leave it mounted and still put up the panel. With all of the panels installed you have a totally stealth 4Runner and nobody can see inside. Good for camping or just for keeping the interior cooler. Wish they gave a few more clips just in case you lose them. I plan to stow them in my glove box when not in use.

Almost great fit, you'll not see anything through the shades at night. And it removes external street lighting at night (except the roof). But if you also expect to use these shades during the day, don't expect much from them. The shades will heat up quite a bit under direct sunlight and will re-emit a lot of that heat into the car's interior. The windshield one is bad too, it's very thin. If you need serious sun heat protection, look elsewhere. But it's certainly better than not having any shades at all.
