It was a disappointment. The phone I bought it for doesn't have any tray for the SIM CARD . It has to be a E-SIM CARD CREATED BY INTERNET . I just returned from my trip. Service with this 30 day SIM was FLAWLESS! Traveled from South Texas by car to San Francisco. 20 day trip on Princess Cruise lines, Airplane mode on ship, and at ALL PORTS of Call, had signal and Data!!!!!! trip back again was perfect. The description claims it comes with a 30 day plan, it does NOT. Spent over an hour on the phone with T-Mobile and had to spend another $47 to get the Sim loaded and working. This is a scam, DO NOT BUY.

    • Works OK most of the time in USA. Not so good in Canada.
Purchased for a 24 day trip between USA and Canada. Followed the instructions and recommendations, scheduling activation of the SIM 2days prior to using it. Used in One+3. Regular calls connect fairly smoothly. In the USA, data connects at LTE quickly. Social media works 95% of the time, but YouTub in particular does not 50% of the time. In other words, it connects fast but data transfer is questionable. Roaming in Canada was a different story. Regular calling was good. LTE data total used was less than the 5GB allotted. Data connections most of the time were choppy. Good in higher populated areas, and bad in lower population density areas. Pertaining to Markham/GTA. Social media was 50% of the time and, YouTub throughput was a mere 20% of the time. Sometimes I had to trigger a regular call just for the data to have throughput. It's pretty much unstable bad service. T-Mobile MUST get better roaming support from their affiliates. I will consider purchasing again, but before that I will search for better, stable, options for data in Canada. For best results, place in SIM slot1 (dual). ... show more

    • Believe to be scam
SIM card was hooked to someone else account. Only found out when it was time to pay for the next month and the person account was suspended for non payment of a lot of money that I refuse to pay for someone else.
