I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. I am not usually very rough with my vehicle keys, but my set of keys to my previous vehicle did have a couple of chips missing from them by the end of my lease. I didnt want to have that happen again so i looked for a key fob protector that i would like and use. I came across this one and i loved the blue color on it so i ordered it. The item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. t was actually boxed as a giftable item with a nice box where the fob cover is placed into a foam and velvet cut out for protection. It also came with a nice keychain attachment complete with a hook and even a small screwdriver to be able to open and attach to a keyring (i didnt use this piece but im keeping it to use elsewhere) The fob cover fits perfectly on my key and once i snapped it on it fit perfectly and securely. Functionally it is great, no hindrance to accessing the buttons/keys. The only downside i have noticed is for when i use the fob to remote start my car - the fob cover blocks the little LED lights that flash when a button is pressed so rather than being able to see the flashing LED's i have to count out how long i hold the fob to remote start. A very slight inconvenience for a feature i dont use every day, so it doesnt warrant a loss of any stars for me (your experience may vary). The price seems a bit high for a key fob cover but a replacement key costs a LOT more - i consider the cost to be insurance and a one time fee at that, so totally worth it to me! ... show more

This will fit a 2025 TLX Type S, extremely snuggly. In fact, once snapped together, it is literally impossible to take it apart. It took using a wedge to slowly pry the two pieces apart. Since it's such a snug fit, this mean if the keyfob was drop, there is little to no possibility of the case coming apart. At the same time, when it's time to change the battery, it will be tough. The keys exposed, which does not hinder the tactile feeling of the buttons. This mean there is no need to look at the keyfob to know which button is being press. The low point of the cover is the back only show the Acura logo. For the keyfob that have the Type S or A Spec etched, this case will cover it up. ... show more
