I set up couple of these shelves this weekend to replace (a) a wooden shelf which came apart on being loaded too heavily and (b) a smaller wire shelf which was getting too crowded. The first one took a little time to figure out but the next one was a breeze -- all told I spent 20 mins on installing both, no tools (except pair of scissors to cut open packaging) required. Some installation tips. First, it is easier if you mark the shelf positions in advance when the poles are aligned next to each other rather than when they are holding up the lower shelf, I used bits of scotch tape to mark them ahead of time. Second, the clips are more sturdy if you pull them down to the next slot below, you will hear a click as they lock for a better fit. And third, the shelves go lip side down. This shelf is exactly what I wanted to organize our snacks and kitchen appliances. Perfect fit and it took maybe 15 minutes to put it together. You can space the shelves differently to fit your needs which I really liked. Definitely will buy more of these in the future.
