I have always been well endowed and athletic/ active. Theo so by far the highest support and quality bra I have ever owned. It is comfortable and long lasting. Maybe TMI, but the layered/double cup is a great place for my phone when I run; an added bonus.

Updated Review 06/2023: This is still the only bra in which I am actually comfortable and willing to wear. Since my initial review, I have dropped to a 34 band size; however, the XL still fits great due to cup remaining at around an E/F. Hopefully that helps those looking to figure out their fit. The first one I bought is just now starting to wear out (been over a year with consistent wear). So all in all, I still highly recommend this! I've been searching for a decent, comfortable sports bra that doubles as a minimizer for a long time. I like a more streamlined look, preferring to present more androgynous most days. Being a 38DDD makes all this difficult. Most compression tops don't fit my chest (they role up over the girls or cause them to squish into armpits in a decidedly unflattering way). So I came back to sports bras. After many unsuccessful attempts, I finally found this company, and I'm glad I did! I have five now. I love them. First, they hold the girls in place. I dance like a maniac and have had no issue with them staying put. Second, they streamline the body in all the right ways. If I could remove my chest on command, I would... but barring detachable boobs, this works well as a substitute. Third, I feel a lot more comfortable in my body when wearing this. I am far from thin, and my curves give away my feminity away every time. With this though, my tops fit better and I feel much more at home in my own skin. As far as fit goes.... I'm 5' 2", 38DDD and wear an XL. When you first put it on, it is TIGHT. After a little while though, it adjusts to your body. The straps stay put. The bottom elastic stays put. The ladies stay put, no adjusting needed after initial run. In essence, everything is contained, as it all should be. In short, I'm thankful I found this bra. I wish they had more color options but hey, I'll take what I can get.

I had to size up to and extra large because it is a tight pull-over-your-head bra but I love it. Its cute and comfortable and makes me feel secure. But it's NOT tight enough to have ZERO bounce when I jog, but minimal bounce enough to not bother me.

This sports bra was a nice surprise. I needed a new sports bra for running, and I have a very bouncy gait, so support and compression is very important to me. I was torn on what size to order, as I'm usually a medium, but fell into the 'small' range on the size chart (34C). I took a chance and got the small, and it fit! So yes, it's true to size. The product itself arrived a day early, and it was new and perfect condition, and the size I ordered, as it should be. At it's maiden voyage to the gym, it performed well. There was very minimal movement while jogging and running, and i could run and do all my usual training without boob pain. Also, I have a tendency of putting my phone down my bra while i lift so I can use it for music, and the double layer structure of the bra was great for that! It's like a hidden pocket! I found this bra comfortable to wear, it didn't have any chafe anywhere. It is a bit tight once you have it on, especially around the ribs for me, but I didn't find it uncomfortable. That said, it didn't turn into a sweaty mess either, thank bless. The only downside is that it doesn't have any hooks or zipper or anything, you put it on over your head. With how much compression it has, I found taking it off a bit difficult, but that's my only downside. When it's worn, the performance is the same as my 65$ Nike sports bra, but a third of the price. It's affordable, functional, and I think it's cute. I'd recommend this. PROS: -True to size -Effective (can run and lift in it, no problem) -Double layer creates useful pocket -Affordable (and i consider it attractive) -Comfortable and Cool CONS: -Difficulty taking on or off -A bit tight at the ribcage I haven't tried washing it, so I can't comment yet on how the material, color, or seams hold up to washing, but like any elastic garment, you should probably wash it in cold water and hang it to dry. Disclaimer: I wasn't given this or paid to write a review, I bought this based off the reviews, and I'm just really thrilled to get a good sports bra without needing a loan.

My cup size is too big for this bra to be effective. I could tell from the material that the bra would be supportive for someone who is a D or DD. Super cute bra too. I wish that it fit me.

This is an amazing sports bra. I love it for running as it is very good for high impact. I bought the red which has a hook in the back and the black which doesn’t, and while they both fit similarly I would recommend only buying the ones without the hook closure if it is for a high impact exercise. The hook closure doesn’t allow for it to be any tighter, but rather offers a looser fit. And even on the tightest hook it felt looser and offered less support than the bra without a hook at all. The hook also makes it harder to get on as you have to do it behind your back and is incredibly difficult. It does make it easier to take off after a workout which I do appreciate. For reference I am a 34C and bought a medium.
