So far so good. The price was right. The sponges don’t seem very absorb any though and have almost a rubbery texture rather than a spongy texture. I’ll update any issue with the brushes but so far they are pretty good for the price. *Changed review from a 3 to a 1: a little over a month in and my foundation brush is already shedding to the point where I have to throw these away. No don't waste your money. I emailed the company about the terrible strong smell. There anwsers was" The smell is paint and because of being packaged the paint smell is strong". PAINT. Well I washed the sponges as directed. The water and my hands turned the colors of the sponges. So bad. Yes it is paint stain leave the color blue on my hands paint. This would be the perfect brush set if only the smell wasn’t so strong. The amount of brushes you get plus the sponges and cleaner is great value. However, even after washing them twice with soap I can’t get rid of the smell!
