Fun and educational for LO! good quality size wood pieces and the concept of fishing helps with coordination as well. It comes with a carrying case to keep everything stored. The only downside is that the sheets are flat and the small pieces slide off easily since the sheets are plastic.

This is a fun game for a variety of ages (2-7). There are small magnets, so do not let a young child access this on their own. Even though they seem firmly attached, small magnets are very dangerous if swallowed. The fishing combined aspects make it fun while the colors and pictures make it pleasant to view. Some of the wording is odd. For instance "Transport we take" as the label. It should be "Transportation". Not the worst issue, but it's not great if you're using it as a teaching tool. Kids did enjoy it quite a bit and there are enough ways to make it appealing to the different interests and ages.

A fun game for kids that can be used with varying ability levels as they grow/learn. Allows for a couple levels of learning and parents can also expand it further in their own way to fit their childs needs. Magnets seem secure, but would recommend not pulling hard on the "fishing pole" as it feels like it could snap free with too much force.

Pros: The pictures are colorful and there are a lot of them There are three options for play: match object to same picture, match object to outline and free play without outlines. These give choices based on age and experience. Cons: The cards are thin laminated material that won't hold up to unsupervised children The metal buttons sometimes block important features of the pictures The objects are small (many of them smaller than 2 inches) Some of the labels are not what you'd expect as a native English speaker The magnets on the fishing poles are on strings, which makes them great for swinging around to hit oneself in the face. :) I got these to use for teaching and encouraging language/speech so they work great for my purposes. The pictures are colorful and I like the options for matching based on skill. However, I don't think I'd give this as a gift for a young child to play with unsupervised as the cards would be destroyed pretty quickly and it's not very engaging without an adult.
