The drain and pop up look just like the day I bought it, the handel already is a mess. Both were cleaned with the same windex product and both were exposed to the same hard water so the drain cover is fine but the actual faucet looks horrible and needs replacing after about 1 year. It's been 1 year 5 months but it looked like this about 6 months ago and started looking bad around 8 months. It is a beautiful faucet but just does,t wear well so already needs to be replaced! I don't see a warrenty of any type so guess im struck. ... show more

My husband and I did a complete remodel of our Master Bath and wanted to go with a modern design so I could not be happier with our choice of the Symmons Faucet. It definitely says modern. The delivery was on time. The faucet was poorly packaged but they-we purchased 2-were not damaged because of this. Just taking the faucets out of the boxes you know you have something that is well made-it is quite heavy. My contractor said it was very easy to install, came with all the parts and was probably one of the nicest faucets he had ever installed. If a faucet can be beautiful-this is it. It has a roller ball that moves the handle and is quite easy to use. The only drawback to a nice shiny faucet is the upkeep. We have terrible hard water here so I always wipe down my faucet if I see water on it. Which is getting less and less as I am figuring out all kinds of ways to not put my wets hands on the faucet. I would not recommend this in a kids bath unless you are not bothered by hands prints and water spots as they really show on this faucet. But, in a Master Bath it is a Beautiful addition and definitely makes a statement-that you have good taste. This is worth every penny we paid and certainly looks and feels like we paid alot more-a great value. ... show more

i purchased this for my home reno and had the licensed plumber do the install; no issues at all. However, over the 3 months i've had my SOFT WATER and minimal use in my powder room, i've noticed it is always stained with water spots and very difficult to get off. I want to use a stronger cleaner but am afraid of tarnishing the finish as I am certain anything abrasive will destroy the finish. I give it a 3 star due to the difficulty of keeping the bronze clean, but if you are adamant about the color as I was; its a good product. ... show more

    • Drain install is a major problem

My husband has installed many faucets in his lifetime and like the other reviews, the faucet itself was easy to install. The drain on the other hand has been a nightmare. He has taken it apart and reinstalled the drain at least three times and it still leaks. We’ve used plumbers putty and Teflon tape and it still leaks. He’s called customer service twice. First time the advice given didn’t help. Second time they were closed and wouldn’t be back in until Monday. We are going to send it back. Too much frustration over one faucet. I did a lot of research. These are HEAVY, and well made with a QUALITY chrome finish. Love them. Had double sinks in Master Bathroom with 1-hole set-up. These are perfect height, easy to use handle. Really nice. Would buy again.

Had to return this because the valves are too short. My contractor could not get them installed and had to return this. Other than that, it looks great and looks like a perfect fit for my sink. I wished it fits.
