  • Bright, Clear, and Easy to Install
These headlight bulbs are a great upgrade for my Mini Cooper. They were simple to install and made an immediate difference in brightness and clarity on the road. The light is crisp and clear, making night driving much safer. Excellent quality and well worth it.

  • Exact fit with brighter light
Last year I bought a used truck. A few days ago I noticed that I can’t see too far ahead of and being deer season they could jump out anytime. I purchased these and when they arrived I opened the box and had them ready for replacement. When I took the first bulb out of my head light, I noticed that it’s the exact same thing that I’m replacing. To be honest I was very disappointed since I had already opened the new box. Hopelessly I installed the new bulbs not expecting much. First night I noticed an amazing improvement in the brightness of my headlights. These bulbs even though they come on but over time they lose a lot of the brightness. I did a lot of searching and since LED bulbs are not street legal on headlights that have had halogen bulbs standard on them, these are the best option I could find that also have a long enough life span. ... show more

  • Plenty of increased brightness from these new bulbs, Silverstars not needed.
This was an excellent $16 dollar expenditure. I have a mid 2000's SUV with clear lensed complex reflector beam headlights. I also have fog lights down in the bumpers. My headlights worked fine. But this was a used vehicle, and I had no way of knowing how old the bulbs were that were in the light bezels. I had also noticed that driving at night, my fog lights seemed to cast more brightly than my headlights. Then again, I am that jerk redneck who manually adjusts his own headlights up from the factory settings so I can actually see down the road instead of only 50 feet in front of the car. With an upcoming appointment for a sticker and oil change, and tha dark months in the northeast approaching, I figured I would replace the headlight bulbs. As bulbs age, they dim. It's a simple fact. Would I like the blasting light of the more powerful Silverstars? Sure. Do I want to yank the headlight bezels out of my SUV in less than a year to replace the bulbs again? Not so much, as the manufacturer doesnt leave room to access the bezel from the rear and the whole thing has to be removed to change a bulb. So my decision came down to durability and longevity, with any increase in light just being from the bulbs being new. Boy was I surprised. These bulbs don't claim to be brighter than stock, but compared to the older bulbs that were in there, I am literally getting a 40% increase in brightness, if not closer to 50%. I am also getting a better spread, and more coverage up, down, left and right. Reflective signs light up now when I have my headlights on during the day. And since I am that jerk who adjusts his headlights for proper useful coverage, people are flashing their brights at me at night now 2 or 3 times a trip. I don't see any reason to bother with higher intensity bulbs that could burn out prematurely. If you want to keep your headlights going for the next few years, and reap the benefits of having a new set of bulbs over your old dim set, this is a great way to spend 16 dollars. ... show more
