I installed them and they worked great. The blinkers, turn signals, and heat were all plug-and-play. I had blue, gray, and white wires used the gray for ground, and the blue and white wires for both the passenger and driver sides. Then I connected the blue wires together and the white wires together from both sides, ran them through the boot under the driver side to the fuse box, and tapped into it using fuse taps. It was easy to do. It was worth the value, brightness is excellent, it adjust well. Durability idk yet, Vibration is alright, it’s excepted from after market. Fits great 🙏 irs clean. The install was pretty easy. But the instructions were lacking one small detail. As mentioned in another review, the white LED marker lights do not work unless you do an additional step. The other review mentions to add an extra ground wire through the door and into the cab to a chassis ground. Since there is already the chassis ground on the Grey wire that you need to connect I used this. Then you need to find the black wire with the white stripe and splice into this wire and run it to the grey wire. Then the white light will come on. This needs to be done on both sides. It looks really good at night and switches to the amber light when you activate the turn signal. This may only apply to my certain version of the Silverado. I have a 2008 3500HD Silverado Dually Western Hauler. If they knew about this in the factory I wonder why they did not make the ground internal in the mirror from the start? 4 stars since they should have done this already and i had to search a while to figure out why it did not work when following the instructions. ... show more

They’re tow mirrors. But you should probably get them from somewhere else. They fit good, Worked fine, but terrible quality. Lots of vibration on the interstate around 80mph . wired them in easily, lot of the commenters are making it too difficult. Just get 2 fuse taps and run the wires through the firewall. Not even a month into having them installed, about an 1/8 of the passenger side marker lights went dead. If you break the glass, well it stinks to be you because all of the replacements on Amazon DO NOT fit these mirrors, couldn’t tell you why they’ve got to be different, the set I got only folded forward towards the fender, instead of in toward the door, so that’s a real nice touch, and the mirror glass has just about zero movement so that’s very nice too. cherry on top is that these mirrors can in fact NOT withstand a 60mph hit from some seemingly visually challenged gas company pickup, however the wires rip off very clean! ... show more

These things are really nice! I replaced my stock tow mirrors that just had the directional on the mirror. These have running lights and directional on the front side and reverse light on the back side. The mirrors fit on the truck better and tighter than the stock ones and you can see way more out of the bottom mirror. They don't slide out while driving like my stock ones did either. They actually adjust to where I want them. They shake less than the stock ones also. The only thing I can complain about is they don't fold in as far, but not a big deal for me. Wiring was super easy, just add a ground to the black-white wire, don't cut it like everyone says to for some reason, I stripped it and bent it and then stuck it into a butt connector so I didn't have to cut it. Then stick a wire in the other end of the butt connector along with the running light ground wire that is in the 3 seperate wires and run it to a ground location. I went to the bolt for the window regulator in the door. Then I tied into the 2a backlight fuse located in the left dash panel and used it for power for the running lights. Reverse lights are in the fuse box above the foot pedals. Top right, blue wire. ... show more
