This 3-piece SwissGear roller luggage set is basic but really nice and I am very happy with it. The set includes 3 bags: 21", 25", and a 29" bag. Each of the bags is identical in features - just smaller or larger versions of each other. And they nest into each other very nicely for easy, more compact storage. They have a simple but elegant look to them. - These bags each have 360 spinner wheels (my preference for ease of maneuverability) that work and move smoothly. - Each bag has a telescoping black, metal handle -- no issues with these as they work and lock well. - Though these cases don't have a lot of interior pockets along the sides or frills, sometimes that just means they have more actual usable packing space -- and that is definitely the case here. These suitcases have A LOT of interior space, especially the 29" bag -- I don't think I could fill it if I tried (and I am a big over-packer). I also feel that the interior space on the carry on is good -- sometimes that is sacrificed for the sake of spinner wheels, but this one is roomy. Great packing space in all 3 sizes plus each also has the ability to expand for even more room via a 2nd zipper. - Pockets: There is a single interior mesh zipper pocket on the inside of the lid that is the full size of the case (so lots of room there). The exterior pockets are REALLY NICE on this bag. There is one on the front that is about the depth of my hand -- so perfect to throw your phone or wallet in when going through security, storing charging cords for easy access, or also a great option to keep liquids in for easy access to remove for security line. The second pocket on the front is a full sized one that works for papers, laptop, smaller electronics, or other items you want easy access to -- and this one opens correctly with the bag in the upright position (you don't have to lay it flat to open and use this pocket) and opens 270 degrees for easy access to the items in it. - The material is a nice, thick quality and the handles are padded for more comfortable use and ease of moving the suitcases around or picking them up from the carousel (there is one on the top, the side and on the bottom) - The only things these bags really lack is a TSA lock and the internal side pockets for smaller items. For me the lock isn't really an issue since I don't usually need it, and though I like the little pockets for organization purposes, I also appreciate the huge packing space that has no impingements on it -- so it isn't really an issue for me to have them or not to have them and it doesn't take away from the cases as far as I am concerned, especially with the large mesh pocket on the top. Overall, this set is elegant and very functional with loads of room to pack in, and I would definitely recommend!

I bought this set in July during prime days, but my first use was in November. Essentially, the large suitcase fell apart at the wheels. I contacted Swiss Gear for a warranty claim on December 2nd. Went through the process, submitted photos and waited…for weeks. Never heard back so I submitted another support request. Nothing back on that one either. Sent a 3rd request in early February, still nothing. Now it’s mid February and it’s been nearly 3 months since my original claim with zero communication. No matter what the warranty claims to be, you’ll be lucky to ever hear back from them. Don’t waste your money on any SwissGear products.

These ultra lightweight suitcases have a classic, timeless look and boast a simple but very smart design. Photos next to a full sized couch for size reference. Each suitcase is identical in design, just a different size. These are soft sided, but tough and durable. The pull-handles operate smoothly and each extends at different heights, with the smallest suitcase having the longest handle, so that the handle heights match up uniformly. Smart! Very easy for wheeling these around long airport corridors or across a long resort/large hotel to a room. There's one packing compartment in each, these aren't double sided interiors which to me is a BIG plus. Double sided interiors only work if both sides have zipper closures to keep everything in place. With having just one very deep packing compartment there's no mystery when unzipping the suitcase, everything stays well packed and in place, and there's no extra flaps flopping around. The capacity of the smallest carry on is incredible, much more than it would look compared to its compact size. Will hold enough for a weekend trip or longer. I used it for a weekend trip and had more than enough room, and I tend to overpack. Other PROS: - Very smooth operating wheels for both pulling the luggage or rolling alongside. - Extremely lightweight - that's worth mentioning again. Excellent for air travel or anytime luggage is weighed. - Two exterior pockets: one is deep, the length of the suitcase, the other is short and perfect for documents or small items so that they can be easily reached. - Interior mesh zippered pocket on the inside of the lid. - Very deep packing compartments - each of these suitcases will hold much more clothes and travel items than other suitcases the same size. - Each suitcase is expandable, with a different style zipper pull so it's easier to know which zipper is being opened (interior or expansion) - The suitcases nest one inside the other for storage. - Soft padded handle on each. - Extnetion pull handles work effortlessly. CONS: - None, really. The only one I can, and should mention, is that when nesting the suitcases one inside the other for storage it can take a bit of maneuvering to get the wheels tucked in, as the interior of the suitcases have a small lip on one end and the wheels need to be tucked under that. Not a big hassle at all, but mentioning for review purposes. This set would make an outstanding gift for anyone needing a classic, lightweight, very well made, durable set of luggage.

Two of the wheels broke on the first use - transported in the back of my SUV. Repoted to the manufacturer whose solution was a 15% discount on a new purchase. Replacement was not offered. The medium size bag has been used on 3 trips via the baggage friendly airlines and all wheels are fine. This is obviously a manufacturer defect which they have denied. Their warranty process is cumbersome and, in the end, virtually useless. One of the worst companies I have ever experienced. Deserves negative stars. Amazon should cease any relationship with this seller.

Only used the medium luggage once and the small outter zipper broke. Looks nice but clearly isn’t sturdy. Doubt they will last very long. Wish I could return them….
