After buying 2 other suitcases from popular brands and returning them, I was down to Swissgear and samsonite. I went to target and tested out these 2 brands and then bought Swissgear from Amazon. I am very happy with my purchase. Great size, it expands, it has a lock system, it has a charger set up (power bank not included), rolls in 360degrees and is HARDY. Get it! I own a few other pieces of this brand and I’ve enjoyed their reliability and functionality. This suitcase, however, is not a good product as it lacks basic yet critical features in my opinion. First, no side handle. Airlines like to place their bag tags on the side. The absence of this handle is evident when trying to load and unload from an Uber as an example. Next, no dry bag/water proof bag built to the inside dividers. They advertise a USB connection to store a battery yet the pocket for the battery is tiny. The inside of the bag is camouflage which is a preference thing. I’m not crazy about that. That’s not a functionality failure. The telescopic handle was already malfunctioning after week two of a trip across Europe. On the plus side, the wheels are functional and smooth. In summary, this bag is very small, lacks basic features, lacks durability (cheap handle) and isn’t meant for anything other than an over night on a road trip in a car. Overall a nice piece of luggage. The inside has tons of space with extra zippered pockets. My only real complaint is the handle feels a little flimsy and the zippers don’t feel like they’re the highest quality but time will tell.

Definitely its a show stopper. Pretty and durable yet completely functional on thw inside with various compartments that make sense. I was worried that it would not be thw same quality. But its legit quality swiss gear and an investment i reccomended. The colors in the store are limited and ao yours will stamd out in a good way. The added bonus was how the rose gold accents are quality and add a luxury to this already high end brand. I havent fully figured out the technology of using the usb port but i got it to work once, but i am unsure how to keep it charged? So one down fall. Overall I am happy with this purchase. As the vendor appears to be selling the real deal swiss gear and its clearly of quality and not a knock off. Also super light weight and passed all the little box at airport fit me testers as my last swiss gear duffle did not pass all the airport fit me testers. This is, by far, the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. I bought this hard sided SwissGear carry-on for a trip to Scotland. It held up really well for the entire trip on the plane as well as packed tightly in the van. We flew on a massive Delta plane as well as a tiny KLM plane and the carry-on was the perfect fit for both. It's really light weight and it has sturdy hardware. The spinner wheels are amazing and are great from running between gates and getting through customs. I fit my entire weeks worth of clothing inside it. I like that the separator has mesh pockets. It was a great place to put my phone charger toiletries and travel adapters. Definitely the best hard sided suitcase I have ever owned! ... show more
