By fastening this to their body while swimming they are visible to other boaters enjoying the lake also. The colors are very noticeable and the size is just right. Bought for Hawaii snorkeling. Dive crew initially chuckled until Captain pointed out how easy it was to to see me out in the wave. I found pulling the float under my chest made for improved flotation when just floating and in waves. You will need an extender line if you want to dive down below the surface as float will hold you up. Easy to use. Rolls up for travel. Great visibility and value. Great safety addition for snorkeling.

Worked great in the water. A little bigger than expected and sizable dry bag. The only challenge was figuring out how to attach the tether because the plastic handles seemed too narrow to thread the clips. I tied it to the handle of the dry bag and it worked just fine. Good for visibility in open water and a nice float to rest on while swimming or snorkeling

Worked great! My friend and I each used one for snorkeling in the Caribbean. Swam in open water for 45 min, no leaks. I fit a large microfiber towel, sunshirt, sunglasses, key, money, and Chacos easily. Was able to hang onto buoy to adjust goggles. The strap is a good length. One end goes through belt and the other end goes through the dry bag clip. I am not sure what the two clear slots on the bag are for but they didn’t interfere with anything. Highly recommend these bags for snorkeling and other water activities.

I'm a big man and like to swim at the lake but I didn't want to wear a life jacket. I know, not safe and not smart. This makes my wife feel better that I can wear this and boats can see me and if I got in trouble I could grab hold and float. Great deal for two. Easy to adjust and wear. I can swim and kick and nothing gets in my way.
