I love how this design fits my face shape, and the size is perfect with leaving room for my eyelashes.     • The best goggles
I've tried a number of different brands of goggles and these are hands down the best that I've used. They fit well, don't leak water, are comfortable, and don't leave red rings around my eyes. Plus they look cool and I love the name. They also are long lasting: I used my first pair for six years (swimming about once a week). Then they sat in my swim bag unused for two years during the pandemic and I thought for sure the silicon would have deteriorated but they were just as good as new when my local pool finally reopened. The only reason I had to get a new pair was because the nose bridge got a little brittle. It still worked fine but broke when I dropped them on the pavement. If you are less clumsy than me, who knows how long they will last! ... show more

This is my third pair of Vanquishers- and I still have the first pair that I got in 2013 for backup. I got a second pair with darker mirrored lenses for outdoor use in 2020. These were for my first major OWS- I didn’t want anything else, even though Speedo makes OWS designs that get great ratings. For my face and eye shape (I have deep-set eyes and a narrow nose bridge) these are best, and the different bridge connectors allow you to play with fit. The seal is great and the anti-fog on my indoor vanquishers lasts. The lifespan of my outdoor ones has been shorter, but I think that’s a function of the heavy sunblocks I use causing it to deteriorate more rapidly (and it’s harder to get the block off without scratching the coating.). These goggles are fantastic — truly some of the best my kids have used. We have purchased 9 pairs. The mirrored Vanquisher 2.0 lenses give great clarity in the water, stay fog-free, and fit securely without leaking. They’re comfortable for long swim sessions and stay put, even during flip turns and fast laps. The only downside is the band. If you adjust them the wrong way the band snaps. For goggles at this price point, I wish the strap lasted longer. Still, the performance and comfort of the goggles themselves are so good that I keep buying them — just be prepared to replace the strap or the goggles sooner than you might like. ... show more

I’ve been wearing these goggles since 2005. They’re tried and true, ever since I got my first pair I’ve never looked back. All the other competitive swimmers I knew either had the fancy $80+ goggles or these. I like swapping out for a bungee strap on mine (big head) but the strap that comes with works perfectly fine. They do tend to break after a while though. Anyways, 5 stars and the only goggles I’ll ever wear after swimming competitively for over 12 years. ... show more

This brand of goggles is pretty good — I actually bought them because of the brand. They're okay to use, though they still fog up a bit and need adjusting while swimming. But compared to regular brands, they're definitely better. The only issue is that the mirrored coating started peeling off really quickly. Not sure why ... show more
