My son wanted a desk for Christmas to start the journey of pc gaming. I got a really good deal on this one. It didn't have all the fancy extras such as the led lights etc but I figured we could install some on our own. It's not as big as I had hoped. It's a pretty basic set up. However, he's 12 and new into the journey so it works pretty well for what we needed it for. The assembly wasn't too difficult. For the price point, it's a very good desk for gaming. Do not expect to put heavy items onto it, but it is sufficient for a couple of monitors and some other peripherals without any wobbling. The packaging is well thought out and everything is labelled and properly protected. It is relatively easy to assemble. Note that it does have sharp corners on the desktop, but you can easily trim down the rubber bumpers that come to protect the tabletops during shipping and glue them back on if this is an issue for you, or buy some kind of third party corner bumpers. ... show more

The desk is nice. It was very easy to assemble, and came with all the tools needed to construct it. Overall it's a nice desk. But I have one problem with it, the edges are way to sharp. Everytime I rest my arms on this desk I fear the edges of it will cut me up. Or if I get put of bed I'll stab myself in the side. The edges need to be sanded down by the company before everything is Shipp off. Because I don't know if I can do that myself without breaking something. ... show more

    • I would not recommend as a gaming desk
It’s more narrow than I hoped. I had to order mounts for my monitors to save space for my keyboard and mouse. It was not very easy to put together either. It comes with a little angled wrench thing but I recommend using a power tool to speed it up and it was stripped by the time I had the idea. If you’re using it as a regular desk it’s probably fine. I can do my makeup on the one side and my computer fits perfectly on the little stand at the bottom. I didn’t end up attaching the side pockets but I would like to eventually. ... show more

Ordered this to build my first pc setup, desk is sturdy with a lot of space. Was very easy to set up and the side storage compartment is very convenient Only tiny complaint I have is that since it can be set up to be either left or right facing, both sides have holes drilled out but there isn’t any caps for the unused hole.
