I contacted Amazon Customer service and got the option of return/replace which is really nice but I decided to contact the manufacture to see if they could ship the replacement items to me. I emailed and got the reply by the next day that they would just need my Amazon's order number then they shipped the items thru Fedex 2 days service which is really fast. If you are looking for a great standing desk look no further! Kept looking until I found the perfect one. I am very impressed with the quality! While building it I did come across some troubles but if the holes are no lining up for you most likely there’s a part that’s not on right so double check your manual because that happened to me and once I fixed that everything aligned perfectly! ... show more

Massive hole in the surface table and the pieces do not fit together. Horrible manufacturing job and poor quality. I have now got to take whatever I built apart and return the 65 lb package. Total waste of time and money.

The quality of this desk is way better than expected. I got the white one and it has a shimmer kind of like a pearl white car color. I was shocked at the packaging, everything was packaged with protection and there was no defects, scratches or anything. The directions were super easy to follow. I bought this desk for my makeup station lol. I'm not a gamer but it would be perfect for someone who is. The push-button adjustable height is a huge plus (although only used once while setting up to be tall enough for my stool) Its durable and well made and came packed beautifully and safely. Bought this desk at a great price and got it put together. The packaging was beat up when it arrived which I think caused the dings in the desk top. I didn’t see all of them until desk was over 50% put together. Amazon customer service was amazing and offered it to be replaced but I could not take it all apart and wait for another to ship. The customer service agent made it right and gave me a discount and we are very happy that the desk works perfectly just has some cosmetic damage. ... show more
