It was missing some pieces for installation, I had to cut a piece of wood to put in place. the photo of the product shows it was one whole piece table board, but it actually was 2 connected pieces.

This adjustable desk by Sweetcrispy, provides a very solid base by way of thick strong legs and a powerful motor to lift the desk with ease. With an easy assemble, tremendous range of height and a surface that can hold to 154 pounds, this is a great one to consider Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Solid Base – The legs on this table are very thick and heavy. I was impressed at the strength of these legs as well as the motor that will lift the desk with a computer, monitors, and speakers no problem. II. Table Top – For me this is the weak point of the whole equation. Unfortunately, I’m not a big fan of the 2-piece table top. I would have preferred at least a 1-piece top. Having a crack between the two halves of my desk top running across the middle wasn’t a good choice. You’ll probably get used to it or just cover it up. I put down a massive mouse pad that’s almost the size of the whole desk, so its covered anyway. You could also just screw these legs to another table top to make a much better version of this desk. III. Height Adjustment – It works great and goes up to 46.46 inches, much higher than I would put it, but it’s nice to know it can if I decide to one day. IV. Identical competition – At any given time, there are multiple companies selling this exact same desk under a different company name. The box and desk inside are exactly the same, it doesn’t even have their company name on the desk. The only difference being the price and possible the customer service from that company. Overall, this is a very solid desk that I’m really enjoying, despite the 2-piece top. I think it’s a great desk to have, considering the legs and motor. I might even swap the top for a butcher block eventually, but I’ll continue to enjoy it the way it came for now. I will also be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Package came in original box, showing what the item is. The packaging was very well done with lots of foam on the inside to cushion the parts and edge guards on the outside corners to protect it from damage. Although the packaging did have some wear from the rough handling of shipping, all parts inside including the table was in perfect condition. Building was a breeze and took about 1 to 2 hours depending on if a electric screwdriver was used. The wrenches are included, but a Philip screw driver is required and not included. The instructions were clear, well illustrated, and straight to the point. The parts were all well labeled in their respectful marked packaging and the manual referenced each part very well. The build process was painless and nothing felt forced at all; overall very smooth to build, almost like IKEA furniture. 9/10 Table Quality: The metal legs felt sturdy and cold to the touch and the parts all hold together well. The motor is on the weaker side as it is very small and has a max load of 154 lbs, but its motor operation when changing the height felt natural and was not obnoxiously loud. The wooden table is where they cut the cost for the product. It's not smooth wood as it feels kind of grainy and it does not come in one piece. It is split in two on the horizontal side to decrease the size of packaging and there will be a very noticeable gap in the middle of the table as it's two boards combined. 8/10 Table Features: With two included sticky zip tie cables for the power and control panel to motor cables, I felt they could have included more zip ties for better cable management. There are two desk grommets on each top end corner and two side hooks, one on each side, on the bottom to hold headphones that you have the option of installing. Cable management on the bottom end will have to be configured by the user as there is no convenient routing of cables under the table or through the legs to make it look more clean, which is why I felt they could've included more sticky zip ties. The control panel has 3 memory options, which is plenty for a desk of this height and is very responsive with low latency. As someone who is 5'7", at max length this table felt just perfect to keep good posture while looking at a laptop. 8/10 Overall, at $132 during time of review I felt this desk is very affordable for anyone looking to get into the electric adjustable desk field for good posture reasons. It is very easy and smooth to build, and the overall quality and features well justify the price. The only down side this desk have is the weight limit of 154 lbs as it is meant for light objects like laptops and non heavy monitors. Also, the line gap through the middle of the desk is a bit of a eye sore to the overall looking design of the desk. Those looking to put a mid size tower desktop on the desk and/or multiple heavy monitors with or without mounts will have to calculate their set up before considering this. If this thing goes on sale for $100 it is a easy cop.
