I bought this when it was newly listed and barely had any reviews. I figured I'd take a chance since the price compared to similar hard cases was so good. Man! What a bargain this suitcase is! I've been traveling with it for 6 months now across 3 countries, 6 airports, at least 5 miles of fully packed rolling travel across smooth airport floors and rough city sidewalks and this thing still looks and feels new! The top and side handles are comfortable for the hands and solid, the extension handle has 3 pull-up stages that lock and are very solid (not at all flimsy or loose), and the wheels are smooth, fast, and precise. There's no wheel locks though so you gotta keep your hand on it on train rides if it's upright, otherwise it'll roll away. The inside is spacious and thoughtfully compartmentalized and all the zippers inside and out function smoothly. Finally, there is a VERY helpful expansion zipper that I use to easily close the case when very full and then zip back up to compress the case again. I suppose you could really overpack and not zip this expansion zipper up again, but that might reduce its durability when being tossed around. Mine is the 24" one and fully packed it always comes in several pounds lighter than the max allowed for checked bags. Fantastic case even if it were double the price! Please note in my photos my case has personalized stickers on it for identification on the carousel.

Purchased this bag for our trip last month. Held more than I thought. The handle felt a bit flimsy but held up well. Wheels worked good through all the airports we had to go to. Would buy another!

I've never had a split suitcase. Most of the time it was a deep cloth suitcase with a flop top. So this is a new packing experience to me. The wheels are great. It is lightweight. So far it seems strong but I've only taken one trip with it. The biggest thing I hope I can get used to is packing a lot of stuff and neither side strong enough to hold everything in when you open it up. One side has a zip up flap but it's so tight it's hard to pack more in that side. The other side has that flexible stretch crossover and quite honestly holds nothing. I think I would make those straps solid and adjustable and the zipper the same way on the other side somehow. I don't know whether I'll be able to get over this only because of opening this thing and figuring out what's going to fall out. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star.

I bought this for a trip to Cabo and loved it! The outside was heavy duty and wheels helped it glide along easily. The inside has tons of room, with one side zipping up all the way with a mesh zippered pouch on top. I had no issues with size, it worked great as a carry on! Great value for money! BUY IT!

Thought I would take chance on this bag since it was about half the price of an equivalent bag from a name brand manufacturer. The first impression is that it isn't built as solidly as some of those other cases, but it is very light and rolls well. I figured as long as I took it on board with me that it should stand up. Well the first flight I used it on was an International flight, and the check-in counter staff essentially confiscated it from me because it was a few Kg too heavy, and it also did not fit into the little metal text box by about a cm. So it went through a European connection handled by the baggage gorillas. I was pleasantly surprised that it came out in one piece. Based on that experience, I voluntarily checked it for the return trip, which it also survived with only a few scuff marks. I did experience that the handle is a bit finnicky and sometimes didn't lock in the fully upright position if I was hurrying. But overall it didn't have a problem over cobblestone sidewalks and the streets of Europe. So I think the main thing to keep in mind is that this bag is right on the edge of the size limits and you may need to check it if someone asks you to put it into the test box. If you don't want to deal with that, then look for something that is little smaller in dimensions.
