I have yet to use it for "real", but after receiving it, giving it a spin, testing, dragging, rolling, opening, closing, inspecting the ins/outs, and jumping on it (ok, I have not done this to the poor luggage), I can't find anything bad to say to this luggage (or bag, because typing luggage is too long). The handles are sturdy, it feels a bit flimsy, but it could be because I don't have the bag filled up. It comes up/down without any problem and I have done it more than 10x and it still works. Not necessarily a plus, but definitely not a negative thing to have. The wheels rolls and spins just fine on carpet, hard wood floor, on plastic, on canvas, on concrete. Another thing I expect, not a plus, but not a negative either. By the way, always go 4-corner, double-wheels for luggage! It makes travelling sooooooo much easier! The body feels sturdy. I will update this review if I find anything new during my actual travel. I only need this to survive one trip to make it worth it. If it survive with minor or no issues, no negative feedback from me. But if it gets busted up badly during routine check in, then I'd be disappointed. As it is, no star taken away or added. By the way, the handle, and the zippers worked fine. I tried to zip/unzip for about 4x and I got tired so I gave up, but it didn't break the zipper. The inside feels spacious. I wish they will have more foam inside but I have not seen any luggage do that anymore so the side where it hits the handle, I always add some sort of cushion to it. But it's got enough organization for the typical travel. Bonus: no bad chemical odor or smell when I opened it up. I can't say much about the TSA lock, but that's not a bad thing to have! Am happy with this!

I ordered the 28 inch piece of luggage. It is quite large and has a ton of space! It is going to be perfect for an upcoming trip! The suitcase is hard sided, but still fairly light. It is expandable, and you have the ability to use both sides of the case to pack. It is a very clever feature! There is also a thinner divider that will be great for lightweight items like socks and underwear. There is a TSA approved lock that you have the ability to program. I like that feature as it makes me feel more secure about my things. There is a handle that pulls up to make it easy to roll the suitcase. Each wheel rolls easily, so it requires very little effort to push or pull, even when the suitcase is full. I am very pleased with this suitcase! It was a great value and is every bit as nice as some of the more well known luggage brands. I would highly recommend it!

I accidently received the 28" instead of the 20" because the default Vine selection for this item said "Carry-on" but that being said, it's a hard-case, but a thinner shell. The integrated lock is interesting and seems simple enough to use. Rollers and handle extensions work fine.

This little carry-on definitely deserves 5 stars. It's first foray out of the box was on a 3-week SE Asia trip where I took 13 flights, countless rideshare vehicles, and traversed stairs, curbs, cobblestone streets and everything in between. At the end of the trip, there's just one small dent in the top corner (from overzealous baggage handling at the airport) and the handle catches on occasion. I packed a couple of fragile souvenirs and food items for the ride home, and there wasn't a bit of damage to them. Since that trip a month ago, I've taken 3 more domestic trips with it and it's still rolling smooth as butter, the zippers are fully intact, and it expands and contracts as needed to accommodate my penchant for overpacking. I'm definitely eyeing the larger sizes even though I already have two functioning large suitcases at home...

This suitcase is a good choice to take for a week-long cruise. It's large enough to hold everything you will need and has the ability to expand another 1" to hold souvenirs obtained on your adventure. The suitcase has a programmable TSA lock which helps keep the zipper shut while the suitcase is in the hands of the airline or cruiseline. The bag has a zippered panel on one side, and elasticated X bands on the other half to help hold your garments in place while traveling. The telescoping handle goes up to a nice height making it easy to trundle the case to its destination. The handles collapse flat against the suitcase outer wall so they're less likely to catch on something. The case is flexible so that it should bend rather than break during handling.

Never heard a sweet crispy but I think they've got a pretty cool name. I needed some new luggage early and I saw this at a great price. Not having the experience with this I'll say that I am pleasantly surprised that this seems to be pretty good quality. This is not going to match the quality of something like Santa will not paying the price for that either. It has plenty of room and storage and I have the 28-in version. I think that this brand is off to a great star and look forward to seeing what other products that they make in the future. I would buy again

This is the perfect travel suitcase!! It has a hard-casing which is good so you know your stuff will not get broken when traveling! It also has four wheels at the bottom so it can rotate easily throughout the airport. Lastly, you know your items are secure because it has a lock system on it!! You put the zippers into the lock and set a code and then no one can open your suitcase unless they know the code! I absolutely love this suitcase and will be using it for a long time! It can hold a lot of items too as it is quite large.

The suitcase is well made with ABS plastic for the shell. The bottom has four caster wheels that spin freely. The double zipper enclosure has a built-in lock with a three-number dial. The center zipper has a one-inch expansion so that the luggage can be bigger. The slide up handle extends upward 20 inches so that it can be easily pulled. The inside has a zippered compartment up top and a cross strap on the bottom to keep both halves separated when it's time to open. The case is pretty light and easy to transport.
