I really enjoy using this stuff while exercising. The first time I used it, I felt my stomach warming up even before I started exercising. I use it with the Sweet Sweat band and have used the band without it and can definitely tell a difference. I don't think it actually helps you lose weight (that's what diet AND exercise does), but it definitely makes me sweat more, which it what it says it does. Also its more of a natural coconut scent, not sweetened and doesn't smell like artificial coconut scents usually do.

Smells amazing if you like coconut. Was not expecting this much sweat!! You can't really tell how much you're sweating until you take the band off and the sweat drips everywhere !! Worth it and will definitely be buying again ! Make the coconut in rolooer form please !!

Everyone I know had suggested this brand, so I broke down and bought it. Figured it was worth a shot. I am a bigger woman and was worried the belt wouldn’t fit comfortably, but to my surprise the XXL fit perfectly and I could tell a big difference when I didn’t wear the cream... less sweat.

Well now, this surprised me. I have found that with my Lyme disease sweating helps me to detox better. However I find with the adrenal fatigue i struggle to really work up a good sweat long enough before i run out of stamina. This stuff REALLY helps, I'm literally dripping where i applied it. For fun i decided to put it on my stomach but then also one underarm. The side i applied it on was dripping the entire time, never stinky, just dripping sweat.

This has completely changed my workout! I sweat when i workout but with this product, I have been able to sweat and trim in all the right places! I have purchased over 3 times and will continue. I love this product in travel packets because it is easier to travel with and to make them last. The smell is amazing as well!

I love this product. It does what it's supposed to do, but you should consider applying if you intend to do a full workout. Even if it's just for 10 - 20 mins, omg sweet sweat (get it...sorry). I only say this because if you don't work out and just wear it around the house it has a clumpy kind of feel and you don't really sweat just kind of walk around with paste all over your belly, Any way grade A product, is a must with all my workouts.

While this is a oily product, it does not leave you feeling sticky, which I love. I like the smell. I like how easy it is to apply. When paired with the Sweet Sweat belt, I love how productive it looks and feels after a workout. Normally I put it on my waist where I'd where my belt, but I also like to apply it to my thighs and upper arms (wings). The complete package makes me feel so good after a work out. Makes me feel accomplished. I like this product.

I like the benefits of a reasonable sweat, such as helping clear your body of heavy metal and toxins. Well, this product works effectively great! I use it every day to work in the oilfield, workouts, and also for outdoor activities... but note that you will "sweetly" sweat!. Gel Packets are the most Convenient Presentation for people with a dynamic lifestyle. The Coconut fragrance makes me feel I am on the beach. Definitely I have to recommend this product.
