These bands are great I am almost 80 years old and getting enough exercise can be a problem. I use dumbbells at home but when travelling an extra 20 pounds in your luggage is just plain stupid!! A few ounces makes a whole lot more sense. As I develop more ways to use these bands I am sure I will use them more and weights less. They come with a nice case. I wish that they had an illustrated sheet to show exercise suggestions, but I also wish my Chevy was a Ferrari.

I like these a lot! The one thing i will say is that I wish there was a greater difference of resistance between each band. I especially wish the "Extra-Heavy" offered just a little more resistance. All to say, I would still recommend these. You can always double/triple up, and they are very durable.

I compared this with others and these were the cheapest and came with a bag. I don't use the bag, but I thought I would. I just keep one or two on me at all times for easy access. People be looking at me strange in the grocery store. Whatever, I get it whenever and wherever.

I’ve used these for several different workouts and they are great for moves requiring the band on your thigh or used with your arms but not great for moves requiring the band to be on your feet. Otherwise I have enjoyed using them to enhance workouts.
