I wanted to give these a few wears before reviewing. I use them combined with Sweet Sweat and my god... its true the name. The crazy part is that you don't even realize how much you're sweating until you take them off. POURING! It is crazy. If your purpose is to lose water weight by sweating it off, these pants are DEFINITELY for you!

*XL size purchased* I am 5'3 and was 246 prior to purchasing these pants. I'm now 240lbs and these pants have helped with inches I would say more than lbs. I was cautious purchasing as there aren't any reviews for plus size so I wasn't sure they would fit but I said let me give it a try and see. So first thoughts upon trying them on is okay, with a lil pull and tug I actually got them on past my legs and butt! *FIT* These pants are like a vacuum! They literally seal you in and stick to your skin once you have them on and in place. *COMFORT* I didn't find them too uncomfortable where I felt like I needed to take them or hindered me working out. They do make you sweat! (See pics) Once you start sweating you can actually feel wet spots and it kind of feels funny because you can at times feel like the pants are filled with water (especially if you sit down, you will feel squishy) but again its not horrible to the point where I need to take them off. I did 45mins-full hour of cardio 5 days a week for 2 weeks in these pants and I have to say the pants are starting to fit over my waist as opposed to when I first started wearing them. (See pics) I think they are worth purchasing and wearing them 2-3x a week not every workout at least I won't be.

So I bought these for the sweat aspect and what I ended up finding is that my legs felt a lot stronger and more activated when working out. I have horrible knees, tight hips, and a glute med that struggles to activate properly during squats. I feel that the combination of heat and compression really helps them warm up faster.

Notice from my pic where buyer is supposed to measure. NOT THE WAIST. They don’t know their waist from a hole in the ground. I measured my hips but added one size up to large just to be on the safe side. I am 5’1” and weigh 109 lbs. They were a bit too big and a bit too short.

Read several reviews... Please disregard negative comments. Placed an order just yesterday and received them the next day without additional cost. They fit as expected and very comfortable. I did not have any struggle whatsoever ... Not sure why others had a struggle. They simply ordered the wrong size. What I will do is add these pants to my collection and order more in each color.
