I am ok with my purchase of this Duvet Cover & Shams. The 100% cotton is soft and I’m more comfortable while sleeping. I have a cal-king bed and ordered the king size duvet cover because the dimensions listed indicated that it would cover my cal-king bed and it does cover the bed but does not hang over the side long enough to cover the sheets. I really like the colors because they are soft tones and it works in my bedroom. I believe this duvet cover & shams were a great find and good value for the money. They look exactly as they appeared in the pics provided. They didn’t offer cal-king when I placed this order and now they do so I’m ordering the cal-king size because I do really like the look and feel of this duvet cover. I’m sure this cal-king size will be the perfect fit unlike the king size they said would fit my cal-king bed. Live and learn.

Wow, that picture is lovely! The green tones combined with the lovely flowers in this duvet cover really remind me of pond lilies, or maybe just the season of Spring in general. It's really nicely priced for such a beautiful print, especially something that's made entirely of cotton, so I decided to take a chance on this unknown product brand and ordered it (along with their Sunny Blue Daisy set, which I also fell in love with). Well, now that I've seen it in person, it's not quite what I was expecting. There's a lot more white in the print than I would've guessed from the picture – the green parts are mainly at the top and bottom, and they sort of fade into a big white middle section (which still has spots of purple flowers printed on it). I was expecting a lot more green color (and I'm ever so slightly disappointed), but there's not much to complain about since it's still very pretty. The two pillowcases I got were pretty random (one of them seems to come from the white section and the other one is green), so, it's a bit of an odd mis-match there. Oh, I should note that this duvet cover is reversible! The backside is actually that blue geometric-style pattern you can see on the sheets in the picture. That's a nice bonus. The pillowcases, however, aren't made reversible with the blue fabric on the underside (despite the fact that it would've been easy to do), so that's a bit of a baffling oversight... Quality-wise, this seems like a solid item. I washed it (in hot water and a hot dryer, no less) and the colors didn't fade at all. It came out a bit wrinkled, but that's to be expected for an all-cotton item, and most of the wrinkles have already fallen out (this is helped by the fact that I folded it immediately after drying). It has convenient corner ties already added to it, as well as a nice zipper closure, and seems pretty true to size (I ordered the queen). The fabric itself feels just like you'd expect average cotton to feel – not super soft or satiny, but reasonable for its 300 thread count (if you've ever touched a normal quilt, you'll know exactly what kind of cotton I'm talking about). My ultimate feelings about this item are that while I'm slightly disappointed by the colors in the print and the lack of attention to detail in the pillowcases, I'd have to say that I'm still generally pleased with it. It's still a lovely item for a good price, and I can't complain about that. If you saw the manufacturer's picture and thought to yourself, "wow, this would be perfect if the green was toned down a bit with more white," then go ahead and give this item a try. Personally, I'd have to say that I ended up liking their Sunny Blue Daisy set better, but I'm pleased enough with the overall quality of this set that I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye out for any new products from Swanson Bedding in the future!

This is the second set of Swanson Bedding Leafy Vines bedding that I have ordered, and I am extremely happy with it! (We have a new puppy that has decided our bed is a great place to relieve herself - gross - hence, the extra set). It holds up well in the wash, and looks beautiful on our bed. I love the fact that the duvet has a hidden zipper on one side (instead of annoying buttons), as well as internal ties on all four corners, and the middle. The duvet is fully reversible, so depending on who makes up the bed, it has a completely different look - I prefer the floral side, while my husband loves the stripes. It's difficult to find a bed set that we both like, so the reversible pattern was the perfect solution.

The pops of color make it fun but not over the top. It's very soft and reversible if you like color options. I have noticed the duvet slides around a little inside but it doesn't bother me much. Not sure if my duvet is a king or a cal king so that could be a part of it 🤪 The pillow cases are quite long for a standard pillow but I was able to tuck the pillowcase inside itself (pictured). It's a great inexpensive way to keep your duvet clean and make your bed comfy! Also shipping was a few days faster than the estimate and that's always nice.

Fabric quality was underwhelming. It's sateen weave and rough to the touch. Not soft at all (might soften after a few washes). Doesn't feel like it's going to be as breathable as percale weave would either. I was specifically looking for NOT sateen weave, my bad for assuming that if the listing doesn't say it's sateen (as many other similar listings do) then it's percale. The color was also not as warm tan as the picture suggested (including the physical picture inserted in the package), but a much duller beige. Also, you can't see in the picture that the background is not solid beige color, but has some sort of small brown stripes all over. All in all, the cover looked cheaper in person than on the picture. The size was true to the description, 90x90 for queen cover. Although pillow shams are roughly 20x30, regular queen pillow size, they look very large and were loose on my queen pillows. Should fit over very overfilled queen pillows without any issues. The zipper closure was a nice surprise (I prefer zippers to buttons). The zipper itself looks flimsy though, will have to wait and see how it'll hold up.
