Idk about you but I'm really depressed all the time. Having a pretty bed set really helps me get out of said bed in the morning because I know when I hang out in my room I'll have a fresh, beautifully made bed promising to hold me when it's sleep time. It's the little things. Duvet cover gets really wrinkly if you don't have a good way to reliably fluff it in the drier (example, if the drier is too small, or you just don't have one), but if you put a puffy quilt inside it, it isn't so noticeable.
