I got these to protect my eyes while horseback riding. They fit nicely with my helmet on and don’t move around while trotting and cantering. I take them off to jump because, let’s face it, sometimes you get jostled around more and I also don’t want my depth perception impeded for jumping. These can fit myself and my 5year old perfectly. My daughter loves these because they are super light and the style fits her personality well. They cover everything you want to have in sunglasses (durable, uv protective, scratch resistant) while staying light and inexpensive. These sunglasses are perfect for kids who love the outdoors or anyone bot wanting to spend a ton on good sunglasses. They don’t have a grippy texture on the earpieces for staying in place but that generally annoys my daughter as it pulls her hair so this is a plus for us. These are actually my second pair of Tifosi sunglasses. I bought my first pair spur of the moment when I was biking on a city trail, bugs were getting in my eyes, and I had forgotten my Oakley sunglasses at home. Stopped at at a bike shop on the trail. The Tifosi were the cheapest sunglasses available at the shop so went with those, not expecting much. To my surprise, the optics were better than any sports sunglasses I had before. They blocked glare well without making everything dark, even in low light. I later needed some sunglasses for running. Got the ice blue version of these and was once again pleasantly surprised. Again, great optics and blocking of glare. I also found that they stayed on my face well with running which is not always the case with other sunglasses and with my head/face being on the smaller side. To top it all off, they look great. The frames are very lightweight, the lenses are clear and the fit is comfortable.     • Impressive Casual Sport Sunglasses
First off, I’ve owned numerous pairs of sunglasses over the years and sold them for a short period of time. I currently own Maui Jim’s, Oakley’s, Smith Optics, Costa Del Mar, Ray Bans and Randolph Engineering. I wanted a cheap pair with a traditional frame style in an unusual color for cycling around the city. This particular style from Tifosi is not on par with those brands but let’s face it, they don’t try to be nor cost the same. I do plan on buying a pair of their cycling centric styles soon. The Good: -Optics: I’ve found the optics on these to be excellent considering the price. The blue lens has a gray base that has adequate protection from the sun and great clarity. -Frame: The frame looks great and the nose piece is comfortable with the rubber grips. I do wish they were on the back of the stems by the ears though. The hinges have screws which is a downside but they are tight. Although the frame is lightweight and cheap feeling the plastic has no rough edges or lines. -Packaging: This probably doesn’t matter to most but the packaging is excellent. The Bad: -Coverage: This might just be my face shape but the coverage towards the bottom of my vision and bottom sides is lacking. A slightly longer lens would’ve helped with coverage and style. -Durability: The frame is very lightweight which is a plus but it feel like it could snap pretty easily. -The Frame: Like I said about the frame is somewhat cheap feeling but the edges are smooth and comfortable. I haven’t actually worn these cycling yet so I can’t speak to how they feel when riding but they don’t feel like they’ll randomly fall off. Overall, great sunglasses for the price. ... show more

I have always been a person to stick to the lower value sunglasses for sun protection and these glasses have by far been the best ones that I've worn. The quality is great for the price and I feel like these sunglasses relieve the sunlight/brightness from my eyes better than other pairs that I've worn. I have dry eye which makes my eyes more sensitive to the brightness, and these sunglasses helped relieve burning and increased comfort for that issue more than any other low value sunglasses. ... show more
