The Arrowhead 1-10 has a very intuitive and easy to use Long Range Mil reticle in the green led, with a Guerilla MOA version available as well. The glass is very clear for a second focal lpvo, and the pull/push locking turrets are a great feature with very positve clicks if you're used to dialing to hit the target rather than ranging, which can be done as well through the reticle. I own two of the Swampfox 1-8 Tomahawk lpvo's which are very good optics, but the Arrowhead is a definite step up for longer range targets. ... show more

Received the 1-10x Green Mil version a couple of days ago and am very impressed. Pros: Construction is solid Glass is clear (Just a slight step down from the Vortex PST Gen 2 1-6) Locking turrets Green illumination is bright (It gets washed out on a sunny day but that happens to most optics) Very usable reticle on 1X (Similar to an Eotech or UH-1) Mil subtensions are easy to use Includes battery and throw lever Cons: Eye box is a bit tight on 10x (But this is just the nature of the beast when cramming 1-10x into a LPVO, physics is a heck of a thing) A couple notes, be sure to follow the instructions when first setting up the optic. Adjust your diopter or else everything will seem fish-eyed. DO NOT overtighten your scope rings. I didn’t see a specific number recommended by Swampfox but I typically stick with 15 inch/lbs. If you monkey fist your rings you’ll crush the internals and mess up any adjustments. For the money this is an incredible scope. I’m my opinion the next closest competitor is the Vortex PST 1-6 (A really good scope too) but that maxes at 6x and is a considerably more than the Arrowhead (when you use one of Swampfox’s various coupon codes). If you’re looking for a solid LPVO this is a great choice. ... show more

Immediately recognize to high degree of workmanship and attention to detail regarding this optics construction and turrets. Admittedly its more optic than what's required for the 300 acc its mounted on however its always better to have a little more than what's required.
