The media could not be loaded. i have nothing bad to say about this hiverboard. I knew nothing about them and after doing some tesearch and looking at reviews i decided to get this one. my kids are 7yrs okd. This one is perfect, it has a self balancing sensor so it stays in place while you first get on it. It also has sensors when u bump into things it moves on its own or slows down ( for ex if theyre inside the house using it) and makes it easier to use. The lights are awesome it looks really cool at night. The battery lasts a while. If you slio or fall out of it it doesnt roll away from you,( again due to sensors) it stays in place instead of rolling down the street) although it does depend of how steep it is or how hard its pushed off the feet. The only thing i noticed is in the pic on amazon it looks like a shiny plastic color kind of like chrome making it look in the pic super nice and its not like that at all. Its just a regular matte plastic, nothing shiny at all. Its still looks neat tho. It also goes thru small bumps on the street with no problem. It goes in grass but not like super offroad and im ok with that because we dont have the need to walk on grass lol. ... show more

We bought this for my daughter for Christmas and after charging it it just constantly beeped. We tried to calibrate it, let the power drain, put it in and out of learning mode to maybe reset the switch, everything. We can't get a hold of customer service either. This hoverboard is so much fun. We got it few weeks ago and my son rides it all through the house. Very easy to operate, led light makes it very cool to watch, haven't try to link to phone and playing music since it should drain battery faster. just like any other fun activities, there's some learning cure, make sure you in flat flooring that's safe to ride beginning. It took us about half of hr to learn how to do all incredible things like those pro in the YouTube video. After few days of playing it we navigate it like a pro. Battery last very long. I would definitely recommend this for anyone from ages five or up. So much fun and easy to use once you become adjusted. Love love love this hoverboard. ... show more

Was nervous about buying a hover board for our 7 year old but I'm glad I did! This one is high quality, plays music via Bluetooth, lights up, and has rubber wheels. It's very very high quality.

Brough two of these for my daughter's xmas gift - one stop charging 4-5 months in I have being in contact with Swagtron since 08/2023 to get a replacement battery. However, their support informed me that the battery "might" be available next year. in the meantime I have an unusable unit and a sad little girl - to date still waiting for their reply for a resolution --- I would end up buy another one but NOT swagtron ... show more

I bought this for my daughter's 12th birthday and she rides it every day. She rides around the house or on the pavement, and it handles and steers well. And it can also be connected to a mobile phone, which is what my whole family likes. When starting up, the sound is very small and there is no noise at all. In the past, my sister’s home also had a self-balancing scooter. It made a very loud sound when it was driven, and there was no LED light. I got this hoverboard for my daughter after trying out a couple other ones and it is by far the best one. It has bluetooth like many other boards but the sound quality is much better. The wheels also don’t squeak at all and it’s very smooth. My daughter is in elementary and only took a couple tries before getting the hang of it! I havent had any issues so far just lots of new fun memories. Battery life is also very long lasting so bonus points for that. ... show more
